Felt like an eternity away when they announced these reopenings, but now it feels so close...

Poly CL - 15 Days Away

Looking forward to photos and reviews of the Beach Club CL when it reopens.

what a battle this morning; today is dining day ressies +10 dance for our trip to the BWI Deluxe CL; we do most brekkies in the CL and all lunches out and dinners out; of course desserts at the CL; at 6AM had 15 tabs open on desktop PC for all the different restaurants; some parties of 2 and some parties of 6; knocked them off one by one and sometimes 2 at same time, and was able to score everything we wanted; process took 20 minutes; was up since midnight with nerves that i would fail my peeps; so all magically good and nite nite time now; we have APs so will get the 10% off at most but i wish disney dining experience/tables in wonderland would return; mine expired may 2021 with the extension;

Grrrr. I hate that YC CL never has water bottles. I hope they at least have to-go cups and filtered water. We did that in the past on the way to the parks.

Interesting to see what’s up with the missing kids area.

Last time we were there we just bought water bottles at the gift shop.

The interesting thing about that is they had these big bottles of Dasani for $4 while the smaller normal bottles have always been $3.50.
And we couldn’t get any water that hadn’t been in the cooler.

Pancakes and sausage. YC CL seems to have reopened as IHOP.

But in seriousness, everything posted so far frankly seems consistent or better than pre-closure YC CL. I'm impressed.

They usually have 8 packs of the smaller bottles for around $5.

The food offerings look really good. I hope they are still offering that food when we are there next month. I am getting really excited now. We have stayed at BC CL but this will be our first time at YC CL. The price was right with the low value season rates and the 25% AP discount.

Pics are awesome! Thank you for taking the time. After staying at GDT, it's such a welcome sight to see simple things back like cheese/crackers, raw veggies/dip, individual fruit bowls, chicken fingers with - is that barbeque sauce?! (inside joke....we always wish for barbeque sauce and they always seem to just have mustard and ketchup).

We were staying at BC CL and my husband asked the CM if they had any barbeque sauce for the chicken fingers. The CM's response was that he didn't know why they weren't putting out bbq sauce because that is what he would have wanted with his chicken fingers. The CM got some bbq sauce packets for us.

Agree!! DH loves YC so I may swap our Nov res from BWI. Looks better so far than our prior stay!

Love the YC rehabbed rooms...so clean/neat with no carpeting. We've always been YC fans but their CL has always been kind of lacking. We got hooked on BWI Deluxe rooms with CL, especially with the chef every night. If the YC would lean in that direction, we'd probably rotate between the two hotels for our December trips. I'm loving all the YC pix!

I also like that YC water view rooms usually (in our experience) have a distant fireworks view. But if BWI rooms weren’t so…yeah…it would be a no-brainer to stay there!

we are in 5147 the wheelchair roll in shower room. had a great view of the fireworks last night.
