What's the mask policy on planes these days?
It is required on jetblue. I believe they are airline specific. What's the mask policy on planes these days?
I’d call UA tomorrow to find out if the flight is cancelled (I had bad luck calling them on a SundayI’m slightly concerned about my flights. I have a late June/early July trip planned. I have flight reservations (United) and check frequently to see how full the flight is. I noticed the middle seats in economy blocked off a few days ago. About a day after that, my outbound flight disappeared from the flights that are displayed when I search for flights on the date we are traveling. Right now it only shows one Orlando flight at a time I don’t like. If I go into my reservation, however, it’s still there/not showing as cancelled. I’m not really sure what this is about but it has me slightly nervous. There are only 15 seats taken on the entire flight, so it’s not sold out. I‘m considering a backup reservation on Southwest in case my United flight is cancelled and it just hasn’t been announced yet.
In a couple weeks all big domestic airlines will require them, it’s already been announced. Some will have them available for customers, some won’t.What's the mask policy on planes these days?
That I know of - required on Jetblue, Delta, American, Frontier, Spirit, Alaska, Southwest, and United. What's the mask policy on planes these days?
Fantastic point, thank you! Here is a question for you....I've never actually been in the AKL....I understand the lobby is on the 3rd floor and the restaurants are on the first?
DH and I love being able to walk/take stairs when possible instead of elevators. Our favorite Beach Club room is a flight of stairs from the lobby. Is it possible to walk down a flight of stairs to the lobby from club rooms at AKL? The rooms do seem closer than the ones at the end of the wings (looked at the touring plans room finder) so that's a definite bonus too!
I would hold tight until we know more. How big is the villa? The only thing is if you have a separate bedroom for the 12-year old and friend. That would be nice for privacy.I know no one has the answer to this... so I’m just looking for opinions (And my family is tired of me hypothesizing....). We have an 8 night BWI CL. booked in mid August. I chose BWI bc of how awesome their club level looked, in particular the food choices. I’ve been watching the rates and I could change to. BWI villa for basically the same price Yesterday there were no villas, today there is. i feel like we ALways save money with club level bc of the Food and drinks so switching to a villa would cost us more money in long run unless the CL also doesn’t have food and drinks. We are two adults and tmy 12 year old son and his friend So the space sounds nice. We definitely want to stay in boardwalk, area. We did YC CL last year and loved it. Thanks for any opinions. Would you just hold tight?
Yes, as previously mentioned, theres one set outside (these look at the Arusha Savannah), then across the lobby and down the lovely stairs above Boma. These wind down a lovely water feature passing Victoria falls bar along the way. But theres also a set at the front of the resort, which would be directly under the CL lounge and exit at the lobby entrance. That probably makes zero sense since you've never been to AKL but hopefully it will make better sense once you are there and see it in person.

I think it will be extending until some demand comes back and then it magically won’t be necessary![]()

Jetblue was pulling this with their flights out of Providence.I read somewhere that United will be cancelling some flights but to avoid having to pay out right away they are just blocking off new reservations. So it prevents more people from having to be reaccommodated when the flight is actually cancelled and avoids having to refund immediately. Not sure what you could do at this point if the flight has not been officially cancelled.
Thanks for the heads up! I had not read that, but I think that’s exactly what’s going on. As of this morning, it appears United has discontinued nonstop flights from Denver to Orlando until mid-July (or at least that’s what search results are showing). I attempted calling after I read your post, but they were very unhelpful and only told me that the flight I’m supposedly on has not been officially cancelled. I guess I just have to wait. In the meantime, I think I will go ahead and book Southwest.I read somewhere that United will be cancelling some flights but to avoid having to pay out right away they are just blocking off new reservations. Sounds lovely! I think I am sold!
Keep trying. I have noticed that the availability changes throughout the day. Don’t know why, but it does. And I hesitated too long....put the change in my cart and by the time I went through checkout it became unavilable! Dangit!!!!Serves me right for being indecisive I guess! I will keep watching to see if space opens up.
