I have never been greeted in the lobby or from DME when staying CL. Ironically, we were greeted off the ME at WL when we weren't staying CL. They checked us in while sitting on those comfy chairs in the lobby.
Yes! Preachin' to the choir....very impressed...real food at midday! Hope that's where things are headed in the near future.Umm, that's the best afternoon snack spread of any CL I've seen so far. Actual real items other than pre-bagged stuff.
And a heavy pour at 1:30pm doesn't hurt either.

I've only had it happen once, and that was pre-pandemic at GF. Out of multiple CL stays there I was only met once, and that time the girl was asking many people if they were me (people dressed nice, because me in my running shorts and park t-shirt was definitely not staying CL *eye roll*). I just stood there and waited for her to finish asking all the other people on the bus if they were me, and when she finally realized it was me just told me she had been waiting for me to greet me and show me upstairs. I've stayed CL many times and aside from managers meeting me because stuff has gone wrong previously that's the one and only time, so I would say to not expect it.
We were at WDW for Christmas week last week and I think my husband would have described it the same way lol. I think he's decided he doesn't like the feeling of being away from home on Christmas, but I loved how relaxing it was, even better if we had CL last year! Enjoy!
Wanted to give someone a chance at a Poly Club level reservation 2/7-2/10; just cancelled.
I hope you enjoy your stay. My extended family canceled weeks ago and my one cousin that was still coming canceled this week. So it was my family, my sister and her husband and my dad. My brother will be joining us tomorrow. So depressing to me. It's usually a 35 person celebration. I asked my kids if they wanted to go to Disney instead but they didn't want to be away from home for Christmas
@mrsap thanks for the pics! Everything looks pretty much the same except we didn’t have the individual cereals. Those packages of cookies look like the same as the ones they brought to our table one night at dessert when my DH asked if they had cookies.
