So we have arrived to rpc. Same as others currently with midday packaged snacks.

Akl and BWI both had HOT freshly made appetizers. Sorry, but if I get to lounge at 5p and there’s only those cold chicken or beef kabobs that just doesn’t cut it. Not at these Rack Rate prices!

Chatted with Mejay a bit, desk cm. She’s so sweet! Patty is back to gf after a short time at akl. She came right over, nice to see a familiar face. I didn’t recognize anyone else however.

Housekeeping? Samong(sp?) was the best! Unfortunately she retired,

this is our second time in any CL. (Poly 2008)

We have a BWI CL standard view. Everyone is lovely. Lorenzo, Lene, JJ, Joe etc!

Our room is overlooking the quiet pool, right above the cottages.

Friendly, sincere, welcoming CL staff really has us spoiled.

We have been getting once daily mousekeeping, but not consistent. Beds are made, trash taken, but not a full towel refresh, and no shampoo etc reloads one day and no washcloths.

We are checking into non CL tomorrow at CR, MK view. gonna miss this place.

I was never a Happily Ever After fan. I absolutely loved Wishes, I teared up everytime. Never with HEA, the show was nice but it just didn't resonate with me like Wishes did. Excited for the new show.

I was able to snag a Steakhouse 71 for Oct. 1st, anyone know of a good fireworks viewing area that not a lot of people know about at CR? I was thinking the bridge to BLT but I doubt you can hear music from there. If it's crazy at CR then we'll just leave since we'll be back at the poly in 2 weeks.

It’s funny, Wishes would get me every time. HEA only sometimes. I have more “I was in that spot with this person” memories with HEA than I do with Wishes, though, and it’s mostly the only show my kids know. Lot of good times in the Plaza Garden East where that video was filmed.

You’re the second person I’ve seen get a S71 reservation today. Nice! I keep checking!

You have met all my favorite cast members that are still there. I have such a special place in my heart for all of them.

BTW, I’ve never watched from here, but i occasionally see people on the fire escape landings on both sides in this photo. I’m guessing if you were lower down you’d get ok audio from the 4th floor observation deck, but I can’t vouch from personal experience on that so don’t take my word as fact.

Or the top floors may be close enough to catch some ambient audio from the Cali Grill roof speakers?? But again, major speculation on my part.

I think we are keeping it, I read my kids the menu and my DD12 said she would rather starve (she's in her tween, drama stage) and my DS8 chose grapes so we'll see how this goes!

Thank you! I've seen people out there too but how would you get there? Do you think you climb outside from the observation deck or access them at the end of each floors hallway?

Thank you. We live an hour away so we are just going for dinner and to say we were there on the 50th. Sorry you didn't get to see HEA, literally nothing went right for you all on that trip.

There is a 4th floor deck/observation area. I think there might even be some seating. It’s all the way past BVG by the big glass window raving MK.
