I had the same experience a few weeks ago at BC CL. I sat and drank coffee each morning as they got the lounge ready. One morning when I was particularly in need of more than coffee (I’m a morning person...7 feels late for breakfast), I went and stood outside the door. Someone else who had been sitting in the lounge drinking coffee did the same. The CM at the concierge desk suggested we could go have a cup of coffee instead of lining up (lol. Doesn’t she know she’s at Disney?! There’s always a line!). At least it was usually just a few (no more than 3 or 4) of us, not an entire stampede, waiting right at 7:00-7:10. I am sure it got busy later, but we always took breakfast back to our room to eat on the balcony.Breakfast was never up and ready by 7:00 -- more like 7:10. People were ready to pounce at that time. They should not put a 7:00 time on the information sheet if they really mean 7:10.
We won't have a CL trip until the spring, and I'm still working on those plans. However, my DH knows I'm broken-hearted over Illuminations ending and planned a quick weekend getaway in September before it ends. Staying at Dolphin (first time) and doingMSSSHP and Epcot. So glad to have a trip even if so short.
We are on the countdown, 57 days!
42 slow and dreadful days............until we have 2 1/2 weeks of fun!!!!!
So DH and I decided tonight for the 5-7 service to head to the lounge about 4:45 to get a drink and relax since we were back in enough time. Most of the tables are taken already but we will try something and give ours up for the next guest. I still miss the days of being able to visit and relax in the lounge. Still love it here though everything in life changes.
Was the Nesspresso machine working during coffee time?I had the same experience a few weeks ago at BC CL. I sat and drank coffee each morning as they got the lounge ready. Available? Or working? Was the Nesspresso machine working during coffee time?
No, you only get access to the CL that you are staying at. That would be cool for those looking around, but not for the people that are staying at that resort that would then have extra people around.Newbie question. Staying CSR CL in December. Resort hopping with my niece coming in from Germany to show her WDW, and gingerbread houses! Are we allowed to look at the other CL lounges while visiting different resorts?
Probably not but I wanted to ask. it would contribute to me deciding which resort to book on our next trip.
It was not ready until 7:00 or so a couple of days, the other days it must have been working by 6:30. The hot water for tea comes from the machine. A CM got me cups of hot water from the kitchen on the days it wasn’t running yet.Was the Nesspresso machine working during coffee time?
They installed a fill stationSomeone started a thread asking about BWI CL and if there are always water bottles available and/or a station with filtered water for filling bottles. Any of you know?
They have gone to heavier about a year agoAfternoon treats. These seemed heavier than what we remembered. View attachment 424483View attachment 424483View attachment 424484View attachment 424485View attachment 424486View attachment 424487View attachment 424488
