Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

I like the to-go muffins!
Did you taste the cinnamon-apple cranberry juice?! I can't decide if it sounds good or weird!
I didn't try until last day and it was good.

I overheard a cm saying to add whiskey/ scotch to it one night. I forgot to take pix but they had like 8 different options for desserts. I had Grand Marnier but I saw lots more like port etc.

The “geyser grog” was really, really good!! I enjoyed it last week when we were there.

@trishadono what time of day did you find the to-go muffins and croissants?! We missed those!! I’m gluten free, but DD would have enjoyed bringing one of those as a park snack. Your photos of the tree are SO beautiful, by the way!! Last week my daughter and I sat every day at the tables by the balcony so that we could admire it. Thanks for sharing your photos!
It looks like after breakfast they wrapped them up and left in the hall. I would see them slowly disappear but lasted most of the day into night.

I have a few dessert and lobby pix to come later!

Hands down after so many cl stays at different resorts, WL wins hands down for sincerely friendly CM's. :goodvibes

Glad you enjoyed WL CL. Love all the pics, thanks for sharing :flower3:.

Hands down sitting near the railing with the view of the resort and decor is my favorite place to hang out!:cloud9:

I love that view! It's so peaceful sitting up there watching the hustle and bustle of people coming and going, especially at Christmas time :santa:.

I wonder if the new CL at CSR will be a full-on CL or will it be CL lite like the old CL at CSR was

I’m thinking the same thing. For the price point listed, it would seem to be like the old CL. Or...maybe the price is less because of the location of the resort. It would be the only CL resort not directly close to a theme park. So it would make it more inconvenient to return back in the evening for the offerings. At least with the other resorts one can easily return back to a park for nighttime hours after enjoying the evening offerings.

No Zebra domes at AKL lounge?? Is this something I can request?

Also how does it work for the Mimosas there? They don't seem to be readily available like the wine and beers are.

Zebra domes are not part of the usual dessert offerings at AKL CL, not sure if they can get them for you but you can purchase a pack at The Mara. Just ask for the mimosas or other specialty drinks that you may want, I usually ask for either a mimosa or a sunrise sangria every time I pass the lounge.

Hope you enjoy it, we will be there just after you!

Wow! Beautiful pics. Glad you had a wonderful time. I've only been to WL once, for dinner.
I live by YNP and have been to the Old Faithful Inn many times, so I kind of felt the WL effect would be wasted on us, but maybe that's not true!

Cobbler each night, chocolate chip Friday, sugar Saturday, the chic mousse had cake on the bottom and gooood, next night was lemon .

Cookies: after appies one night dh came to the table with a bag of cookies, since they were not out I asked where he got them. He said I did like you did at GF and just asked if they had any.

Yep they did!

Also Saturday I said rats ds loves the chocolate chip when I saw sugar cookies. The cm said oh how many do you want? She runs and grabs them.

I mentioned we were in the deluxe room and she had trays under the counter which made my night easier.

I said i knew where the room was/didn't need escort. It was 2003. I knew right away the STONE balcony. It would not have been my choice but I also knew a) it would be super easy to get to boat and pool with only 1 flight of stairs and b) DS21 loves rocks! Yes I was right he loved it.
I like the lake view from that balcony. It was a better view than our view from the fourth floor balcony. And climbing one flight of stairs is better than the three flights we climbed. But I loved being able to sit on the balcony with my morning coffee and watching people walk by. They never looked up to see us looking down at them. It was very relaxing and we are totally spoiled by the view. :)

The WL CM told us that they put the to go food out at 6am. :)

The guys loved WL! The deluxe room was nice for this trip. Had it been with my mom or dd I would not have liked this balcony but I knew they don't go out anyways, I'm glad you got the one you wanted.

My guys were in bed early and like a kid in a candy store I ran back to the lounge to sit as often as I could. I'd then run back to watch EWP or HEA . I really got lots of lounge time. I loved that the tables were still around the balcony, my favorite spot from prior to refurb. Looking down at all the decor:cloud9:

Only thing they didn't like? Both complained the moment we arrived and until we left: THEY INSISTED THE TOILET WAS TOO SMALL!

I loved the tables that overlooked the main pool. That was heaven to me. My husband liked looking down on the lobby, so we compromised with 80% my favorite view and his lobby view when it was too sunny for the pool view. :)

We didn't like the toilets, either. They were too low and felt like they belonged in an elementary school bathroom. We are both tall and they toilet was a bit too short for us.

I can see where people wouldn't like the long walk to the lounge from the deluxe rooms. We didn't mind it since the bonus was the proximity to the boats and pools. :)

Thanks so much! I was going to get those pix but never made it over there.

I think it's the 1st time I've been to WDW with the GB house out I didn't visit. That's what I get for traveling with 2 men

My DD's have a lot more pics on their phones. My battery kept running low so I kept asking them to take pics and airdrop to me later :). I tried to get pics without unsuspecting guests in them but it was super hard.

Hi everyone! We are looking to book our first club level stay in September of next year! We are a family of 5 and have three DD's (10,7 & 5). I am looking into a split stay 1/2 on the monorail and 1/2 on the boardwalk. Any opinions on the best option between the GF and the Poly as well as Yacht vs the Beach club? We love all 4 resorts but do any have better food selections, rooms, staff etc? Thanks so much for your input!

Yacht has the most recently updated rooms, staff are great at both places, GF vs Poly is probably the harder choice, would it be main building? FYI on our current trip we have had standing room only on the Monorail getting on here at GF.

This was our exact stay last year and we did the Contemporary CL and the YC CL! We chose the Contemporary, because it is our favorite resort club level. The Yacht Club is hands down our favorite when compared to the BC on just club level alone, their staff is top notch and the lounge is always well stocked and stocked often. We are more laid back people that like a quiet type of stay, that is why the Beach Club was not for us at all.

This year we are doing WL CL and the Grand RPC. We absolutely love the Grand and after adding a week and some days on to our vacation we had to split our stay. We do have 2 days at the Poly CL, but we call daily to try and move that over to the Grand, since we don't want to have to move. The Grand is awesome during the Christmas season and it's definitely the top place on our list when the Gingerbread house is up! I guess it all depends on the season for monorail resorts for us!
