Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

I am also curious if CL rooms are getting different mousekeeping than the regular hotel rooms. I don’t expect turn down service still, but even more frequent or more involved cleaning like it used to.

First week of December, BWI Deluxe Club room, daily housekeeping, no turn down service....which I didn't miss at all!

We stayed Club at Gran Destino last week and had daily housekeeping as well. No turndown service, but all the regular housekeeping stuff happened every day (beds made, towel animals, trash, towels, etc).

It wouldn’t be a proper start to a YC CL stay without an elevator snafu. And at least one visit to the CL CM desk because the MBs won’t open the door.

Truth

they’ve had guests staying on the fifth floor so they had the elevator set to just go to the fifth floor and of course now they need to lock them out for only CL guests. I assume all non CL will be checking out today as we are having to wait for our room

No more desks just the standing ones with no seats for guests when checking in. I guess to encourage online check in and discourage hanging out at the desks chatting

Keith (one of the BWI CMs) has moved to YC and is supposed to be opening! He's a good CM and is very excited to be a concierge at YC now! He picked up a shift at BWI so we were talking to him about it. Have a great time!

Hi friends, We have an upcoming 8 day stay at WL CL next week. We received a welcome email from the Old Faithful Club/WL concerige desk, and I was pleasantly suprised that they responded to my questions within 24 hours. Is there interest in info/pics about the experience and food? If so, I will post when we return.

I was trying to get Poly GV or LV CL, but no availability so I am just sticking with WL as it is $3,000 cheaper. I hear alot of great things about WL CL.... hope your trip is amazing! BWI still has the chairs at the desk. I would kind of dig this set up there. There have been several times over the years I have gone by and wanted to ask a quick question and someone has been sitting there, clearly chatting about things not Disney related. I have no issue with have a nice sit-down, but I know the CMs are reluctant to interrupt the guest to help another person, so quite often I’ve gone on my way and asked downstairs or been a nuisance and loomed there in the background until I could find an opening.

Thank you! I'll try my very best. We love WL, but have never stayed at CL before. We spent hours inthe lobby in front of the fire or relaxing and reading. It;s one of the best themed hotels on property.

No bottled water out but the ice creamer cooler is stocked
Also sodas, oj, and milk available grab and go

Thank you! I'll try my very best. We love WL, but have never stayed at CL before. We spent hours inthe lobby in front of the fire or relaxing and reading. It;s one of the best themed hotels on property.

When we stayed WL (non cl) they checked me in on the comfortable couches. My son must have been around 8ish at the time. He loved the lobby so much he made.us wait to go up to the room he was enjoying the lobby so much

Thanks for posting. Can you ask for bottled water? Is there apple juice (or juice boxes) out?

we asked for some bottled water and all they have is Perrier

i think there is a filtered water pitcher next to the lemonade and ice tea

they have done away with the children's sitting area and were prepping for a 'cooking prep' or something area for serving. will find out for sure tonight

Grrrr. I hate that YC CL never has water bottles. I hope they at least have to-go cups and filtered water. We did that in the past on the way to the parks.
