Are you sure? As of last week many of the resorts were allowing self service again at the food court. I didn't hear specifically about CBR but I think it would be true for all of them.

Thank you. Hope to get something close to the Skyliner - maybe it doesn't matter. I do know the resort is pretty spread out and there are two ways to get on the skyliner there. Thank you.

If you want to be closer to the Skyliner, then yes, you will want to request either the Aruba or Jamaica section. Jamaica is closer to the CBR skyliner and Hollywood Studios, Aruba is closer to the Riviera station and Epcot.

We will be staying at the CBR this November for the first time excited to try out a new resort and the sky liner. We have previously stayed at both POR resorts as well as AOA and ASM. Looking forward to see how this one compares.

The dimensions of the pull down bed are: 63"x30"

So we had to book two separate reservations due to scheduling quirks, back to back in a few weeks. One is a water/pool 5th sleeper, and the other a standard view 5th sleeper. Am I correct in reading on these boards that 5th sleepers are only found in Aruba and Jamaica?

also, how’s the Skyliner situation from CRB stop to HS?

That’s what I have listed as well. They may have been busy so it rolled over to regular guest services.

Water/pool view 5th sleeper can be any of the sections other than Trinidad, the standard 5th sleeper are only in Aruba and Jamaica. If you want to be nearby, then I would ask for your water/pool view reservation to be in one of those sections as well. I assume you could call them and have them note that you have two bookings?

There are a few requests you can make online during online check in but the options are pretty limited. If you have other requests you can call them in at any time.

It will be busy before park opening and at park close. If you want to arrive for RD, be at the station by about 7:15am

The CBR hub goes to both DHS and Epcot, as well as AoA/Pop. Jamaica 41 is closest but buildings 33 and 34 are pretty close too.

Did anyone notice that CBR has the lowest discount percentage (granted, they are tied with a few other resorts) in the newly release late-summer to early-fall special offer? I'm thinking Disney is having no issue at all filling the rooms at CBR.

I did notice this. And I can also tell you for the week we have booked (Feb 25-Mar 4) the only rooms left available are pirate and preferred. I was hoping to get a discount at some point, I'm now thinking my chances of that aren't great.

I think the Skyliner definitely plays into it. Though it surprises me that Pop has a larger percent off!

I noticed as well! When I finally was able to get the website to cooperate, I found that there were no discounted rooms left for our dates. It would've been nice to save a couple hundred dollars but I'm still happy to be going! As it stands, we're booked full price in a water/pool view room. We didn't necessarily want that view, but there were no standard rooms available all the way back in February when we booked.
