Hi! Congratulations on your upcoming wedding and Disneymoon!

I am getting married in about 3 months and having my honeymoon at Disney World too!
I can give you some tips I did, however some might not apply to you, just depending on your preference, current discounts, etc.
We decided to stay at the Beach Club Resort. It's on the Boardwalk, which I have never been to, but am really excited to see! It looks very charming with lots of stores and good restaurants. But the most important thing (to us anyways) is that it's in walking distance of Epcot,

which is our favorite park! It's also in walking/a short ferry ride distance from Hollywood Studios. And with the Magic Kingdom, we can go into Epcot for a little bit and ride the monorail to MK. So, we are VERY excited about not having to constantly rely on the disney bus system, which while very good can sometimes take awhile to get in between parks and resorts. (We originally wanted to stay in the AKL, but decided against it because it was too far away from everything besides AK).
During the time of our Disneymoon there is free dining deal going on. So, we paid the full price for the room (it's at value season, so not as bad) and we got the free
disney dining plan (
DDP). Well, we are foodies, especially my Fiance, so the standard dining plan was not going to cut it for us and the restaurants we want to go to! We upgraded from the DDP to the DxDDP, deluxe disney dining plan. We just paid the difference between the two plans. Now, we will have plenty of food!!
I would suggest you plan your days as best as possible, once you know when each park opens and closes, disney extra magic hours, etc. Then, I would go ahead and set your dinner reservations when you're 180 days out (esp the signature restaurants! if you're wanting to go to any). I booked my ADR's around 180 days out to make sure we got what we wanted! Also, make sure that you note on the reservation online that it's your honeymoon! There's a spot where it asks if you're celebrating anything and you can put honeymoon in there. Or if you're doing reservations on the phone tell the CM that you're going to be celebrating your honeymoon, and they'll note it for you on the reservation.
As far as what restaurants we made a list of the ones we want to go to and went from there. Our ressies look like this:
Sunday- Flying Fish
Monday- The Brown Derby
Tuesday- Cinderella's Royal Table
Wednesday- Le Cellier
Thursday- Mama Melrose's
Friday- Restaurant Marrakesh
Saturday- California Grill
We're going to be eating good!!

We are also going to Fulton's crab house sunday on the way out for lunch, Coral Reef for lunch one day, Kouzzina for breakfast one day, and other lunch places that we haven't decided on!
If you want info on restaurants I would check out the restaurants section of these boards, there are tons of pictures, reviews, and recommendations!
Sorry this is like the longest post of all time!

Just wanted to share what I did in hopes it might help you out some!! Good luck!!
