Disneymoon coming up!

Alright past honeymooners fess up!!
I would like to know all you did to make it extra disney special and how you did it! I want to know how to have something delivered so it's waiting on you. Champagne, strawberries, cake, bride/groom ears. Should we let front desk know? What about the dinner reservations? Anything I MUST do? We are not swimming in extra money but with the free dining it help and now we want to make extra disneymoony.

You can call private dining and have them deliver. It is always nice when Disney does something special for you, but it is never guaranteed. We didn't get anything "extra" except well wishes and we got ALOT of those.

We got back from our disneymoon two days ago and it was SO much fun! We were there for ten days. About half the time we wore our bride and groom ears, and the rest of the time we just wore white and black ball caps. But we made sure every day to wear our Magical Wishes buttons (which you can get at any of the guest services desks at the parks). For the most part we got a lot of congratualtions from both cast members and other guests. It was great fun! This I highly recommend: Our first morning there we woke up early and got to MK before opening. It was great since it wasn't crazy crowded. We went right to tomorrowland and got the be the "First Family" of the day to ride Buzz. Then they gave us a 5x7 photo from the ride. We got through so many rides that morning getting there so early. When we went to It's A Small World they gave us our own boat to ride in!

We really didn't 'plan' anything special in particular, and it still ended up being even more amazing than I had hoped. One of the CMs kept giving us fastpasses for Buzz (as you can tell, its our favorite ride), we got to ride with the monorail driver once, and at le Cellier they gave us a free chocolate mousse dessert that said 'congratulations' on the plate written in chocolate syrup.

We had made a bunch or ADRs, but found it worked better just to play it by ear. We ended up cancelling about half of them.

Anyway, I hope you have a great disneymoon! Don't try to plan too much that you get stressed out about it - just have a fun time!

Glad to hear you had a fantabulous time disneymooon0606. Congrats on the wedding & honeymoon. Sounds like you had a wonderful time and I am thrilled. Would love to see pics!!!

Do you need to produce anything as 'proof' of your wedding? How much do they cost?

We are going for our Disneymoon sept 14-22. Some of the things we have planned are MNSSHP , KTTKT and La Nouba. I am also planning on ordering a basket with the bride and groom ears and some treats for our room. I wanted to the Wishes cruise but i just had to pay for some dental work OOP so that ate the rest of my extra $$. We have only been for 5 nights before so we are hoping to be able to slow down and relax this time.

i'm very anxious! Our disneymoon starts in less than 2 months! THere's been a TON of family drama, so this will be our big chance to get away and forget about everything...we are playing it mostly by ear, but we do have one ressie at CRT for lunch. I can't wait to eat in the castle! :-D

Everything sounds great! We have CSR booked and some ADR's. I want to wear the bride/groom ears (my dh has agreed) and would l would love for him to have a great time. Does anyone know if the mini wedding cakes can be either delivered or made at the CSR bakery?
