I'm a newbie here, so sorry if any of this is a repeat.

However, I'm going to Disney World very soon. I went once when I was in 3rd grade and all I remember is a Dumbo ride. Anyway, I was curious if there were any advise on how to get the most out of our honeymoon at Disney.

I know about the wedding ears. But I was curious if there were any cool pirate things to do or see, we love Pirates of the Caribbean and I was curiuos if there was more than jsut the ride?

Also is there any wedding stuff other than Minnie and Mickey and Cinderella? I was hoping for wedding Donald and Daisy stuff.

Also we're staying at the Floridian. Any advise about that place?

Any places for newlyweds that we'd got to try or see? Any advise is welcomed.

Thanks!

My biggest piece of advice... Wear the bride and groom ears!!! We wore ours back in 2005... OMG, we got so much special treatment! It made our Disneymoon even more special. :goodvibes

My biggest advice is to make some advanced dining reservations!
There are plenty of romantic restaurants. CA Grill is my top choice! You can also go up and hang out in their bar to watch Wishes! Then there is Jiko at AKL, Narcooosees at GF, LeCellier in EPCOT, Kona Cafe at the Poly, just to name a few.
It's very difficult to get in to many of the table service restaurants without an ADR!

Also I recommend grabbing a hammock on the Poly beach and watching Wishes and the electric water parade!

If you're staying at the Grand Floridian, find some time to rent a boat, and take a lunch with you onto the lake. My husband and I had a very romantic, and quiet picnic on a boat. :cutie:

There's soooo much to do there!!!! But, when I was there for my last trip, there was a couple there either on their HM or had a DFTW/HM. They wore the ears and had a blast!! PLus I think they even got to ride in one of the parades!!!! But, I'd liked Epcot for their Illumantions fireworks show and it was sooo good!!

If you love the Pirates, I'm sure they can make some kind of accomadations for you to make it even more special. Call them up and see what they'll say;) Never hurts to ask:thumbsup2
