we have been to Disney world a few time and the guest assistance pass has been a huge help for my daughter, does Disneyland offer the same program, and her other question is, this time she wants to try walking she felt like people stared at her too much before, because she can walk fine but has a heart condition that wears her out fast, so one minute she looks like a perfectly healthy 9 yr old the next she is done, at Disney word she is good for an hour or 2 at a time, how much bigger is Disneyland?

Disneyland is much smaller! In Fantasyland, the rides are sharing buildings, and it is just a few steps to the next ride.
BUT, most of the queues are outside with little shade and Disneyland does not have many (if any) options for "waiting in the shade" . Many of the alternative entrances are through the exits to the rides, so it is extremely cramped and claustrophobic (although some are indoors, out of the hot sun).
You won't have as much humidity which can really fatigue people in Florida.
California Adventure is just across the pedestrian plaza from Disneyland. This park is larger than DL and the attractions are more spread out.
