Disneyland: Upgrading AIRMILES tickets to AP's?

Has anyone upgraded the Airmiles Parkhoppers for Disneyland (redeemed during the Canadian Resident promotion) and if so, what value did they apply to the ticket? The tickets are hard tickets with no dollar value printed on them.
