disneyland toy dilemma

In november on our trip to disneyland I got some things for my daughter for xmas, ! thing was a heart shaped clear bag with a little minnie mouse figure that could be dressed up in many different clothes, the figure is about 2/3 inches high and was a sort of rubbery type thing.

My daughter has played with this for hours and a leg has snapped off, I did warn her this could happen as she only played with it to change the clothes.

She of course is devastated and I am sure should she have another she would be more careful with it and learn from her mistakes.

Obviously travelling all the way to disneyland to replace it is out of the question so I am wondering if there is anyone planning on going soon who would like to do me a huge favour and see if they could lay their hands on one?

I am happy to pay money for it and postage beforehand/afterwards which ever is best. I have looked on ebay and disney store and this is my last resort really.

Also I am wondering if the disney stores in the uk would deal with this breakage via a refund possibly or is that not necessarily so?

As they are not part of the same company I doubt the Disney Store would be able to help, but it may be worth a try

for your DD as I know what it is like when a child has a misfortune with a loved toy.

Considering your DD only received this for Christmas, I would have expected it to last a bit longer ~ I mean, it is a toy, it's meant to be played with!

I would email Disney about it on here and ask them to send you a replacement. One of the drop-down headings is After Sales Service.

They do seem to take a few days to reply, even normally, so perhaps allow them even longer seeing as it's Christmas season!!
