Disneyland TA payment problems

Any Travel Agents unable to process their Disneyland payments? I've been trying for a week, and I'm told each time they can't process TA payments for bookings because the system is down. I'm told they are adding pixie dust and hopefully by mid-week. What's going on?

I don't really understand. You booked through an outside travel agent and that agent cannot process payments to Disney? Who is telling you this?

It sounds pretty odd to me. Have you tried calling Disney directly?

I was trying to figure that out! I thought there must be some Travel Agent community that would know about things like that. I was also wondering if this was for multiple parties, one party, or if it was for the OP's own personal trip.
