• The Disneyland Diamond Days daily drawing begins each day at 7:00 AM Pacific and ends at 10:59 AM Pacific—except on May 22, 2015, when it starts at 5:00 AM Pacific.
• The Disneyland Diamond Days weekly drawing starts on Friday at 7:00 AM Pacific and ends at 6:59 AM Pacific on the following Friday of each of the eligible weeks, except on May 22, 2015, when it starts at 5:00 AM Pacific.

I thought you had to be within Disneyland resort bounds to participate in the daily sweepstakes - at least that's what it says on the rules and whatnot as you have to claim the prize within an hour of winning.

How to Enter the Weekly Drawing
Learn how to enter for the chance to win and claim Weekly Prizes in the Disneyland Diamond Days Sweepstakes.

• Weekly entrants do not have to be present at the Disneyland Resort to enter or win Disneyland Diamond Days weekly prizes and experiences.
• For those visiting in person, weekly entrants may enter the weekly drawing with the correct Word of the Day via SMS text on their phone, or on a special tablet at the Guest Relations Window outside the main entrance to Disney California Adventure Park. One response text confirming receipt will be sent upon text entry and a potential winner will be called and may receive a notification text. Standard message and data rates may apply.
• For those not visiting in person, weekly entrants may also enter the weekly drawing online here, and also find the Word of the Day in that same online entry form.
• A potential winner will be notified by phone and/or via email, and if a mobile number is provided, a potential winner may receive a notification text. Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Each eligible weekly entry is automatically entered into the final prize drawing, but will not be entered into a daily drawing if received on any given day between 11:00 AM and 6:59 AM the next day.
• Only certain prizes determined by the sponsor will be awarded in any given week.

thanks Susan- yes, I understand anyone can enter to win the weekly prizes. I'm just curious as to the rule about needing to be on site for the DAILY prizes- I have no idea how Disney would know I sent my text from within the resort.

I suppose they would not know whether or not you sent the text from within the resort but the daily entry runs from 7:00am until 10:59am and you have to claim and/or use the prize that same day.

Sorry for the confusion regarding my other reply, it wasn't that clear what you were asking.
