I believe it is. If you're in DTD (staying on property, perhaps), there is a banner that shows the WOTD outside the monorail station.

Our neighbor won the VIP Tour Family of the Day last month. They texted that morning and won around 11am. Ironically, they had a VIP Tour scheduled for the next day! The coolest thing they did that we've never done on a VIP Tour is get a photo in the private POTC entrance.
