Disneyland Summer promotions

I just saw a commercial about two days for $99. Wasn't paying too much attention (surprisingly), so I didn't get all the details, but it's airing in SoCal now, so it should be showing up on Disney's websites soon, if not already. The ad said it was good starting yesterday.

Here you go.

Key points:
- two days at the Disneyland Resort for just $99
- NOT a parkhopper (can pick one park each day or same park for 2 days)
- visit any two days between now and May 14, 2011, and other restrictions apply
- can add the park-hopper option for just $10
- limited to residents of Southern California (zip codes 90000-93599) and North Baja California (21000-22999).
- can be purchased now through April 14, 2011, at Disneyland.com/2days, The Disney Stores, Vons, Albertsons, Ralphs, Stater Bros, Dearden’s, Irvine Spectrum, Fashion Island and Korea Daily, as well as any Disneyland Resort ticket booth. Guests who purchase online can print their tickets at home and skip the ticket lines.
- Special hotel rates discussed.
- Non-So Cal residents: 3-day park-hopper ticket for $169, details in article

I am crossing all fingers and toes for that 5 for 3 promotion!

I am wondering when the typical "usual" start date is for that?
May

so if they have 5 for 3 . do they ever do anything for those that have AP's
2 years ago, the CMs were able to book the 5 for 3 hotel deal for AP holders and just remove the tickets. I'm not sure if anyone was able to do it last year.

Strange, that works out to less per day for non-residents. Maybe because they want to incourage locals to purchase AP's?:confused3

That's the problem--it isn't just for socal residents, but the dates are not for summer.

The "deal" comes in because you don't have to use the days within the typical 2 week period. You can use one day now and one day in May. The non resident ticket has to be used within 2 weeks from first use.

Oh, I see. Most people would use them all at one time if they are out of town, but that makes sense.
