DISNEYLAND SATURDAY!!! (question)

Do you guys and gals think it will be crowded? I'm hoping since its february it will be an off day. I could be wrong. Thoughts?

This weekend is President's Day weekend so that usually brings bigger crowds. BUT....there is also rain in the forecast for that day, which will keep a lot of the locals away. So at this point, it could go either way, LOL. My thought is that it will still be pretty busy because people that are traveling to DLR for the long weekend, will come despite the rain.

I went last Saturday and found it to be rather busy, with wait times of 60 minutes on most of the big rides (TOT, Space, Indy, BTMRR), 30 minutes on the smaller ones (Buzz, Haunted Mansion, Pirates). It was not bad though. This weekend because of the holiday though, as jetski said, I'd expect larger crowds, however the rain and cold might scare the locals away

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo i had no idea. I'm in law school and we dont even get the day off! I always chose to go on holidays.

Just like what the PP said that it would be crowded since it is during President's Day weekend. No matter what it will be crowded on Saturday rainy or not. The rainy day might keep the locals away, but some people like going to the park when it is raining.

I agree, it's a holiday weekend. Plus some schools have next week off all together. So that will draw in crowds too.

PLUS there is a gospel music gathering that day. I was at Knott's a few years ago when they were having the same thing and it was PACKED. It was awful. I hate that it might rain on their parade but I hope for your sake the rain keeps some locals away.

I don't think I've ever been to DLR on a Saturday when it's not been crowded. Off season, peak season, doesn't matter - it's saturday. But it is SO helpful to get there at park opening so you have a few hours before the masses show up. Get there early, collect FPs, eat your meals early (or late) and you'll still have a great time.

Wow, our last two trips we found that Saturday was LESS crowded than Sunday.....and in some cases, even less crowded than Monday (though, that was a Holiday week - Thanksgiving).

We will be there Fri afternoon and Saturday. We are fortunate enough to go a couple of times a year. This is a quick trip before we board the Wonder on Sunday for our 1st Disney Cruise.

Anyways, hoping the rain helps with crowds a bit. It is pouring here in Sacramento right now, guess I need to make sure those umbrellas are packed.

see for yourself, it changed since i last looked 4 hours ago, now it says a 80% chance of rain for saturday and 60% for friday, so maybe for saturday there is hope! maybe it won't rain after all..

but acuweather says spotty with a few showers for saturday

Couldn't get a good reservation time at Blue Baeiu so my friend and I decided to go on Sunday when we can dine in luxury.

Hopefully, it will be less crwoded then . I'm so pumped up to go

I'll be there Saturday! I'm hoping that with the rain and with all the APs except Premiums blocked out, it won't be as crowded..even with it being a holiday weekend!

ok, so it's saturday. i see some blue sky, it has sprinkled a bit but not tooo bad, i am not at the parks, but i live not to far from them, i hope this helps, do bring a poncho and a jacket incase it does a down pour like it did yesterday, an yes it rained at 3pm yesterday but the rollar coaster was still going!
