I will be at Disneyland next week and will be picking up some readmission passes from City Hall due to a previous negative experience.

If you use a readmission pass on a fast pass ride - do you just go into the fast pass line?

If you use the pass on a non-fast pass ride where do you go ?

Thanks

If I were you, I'd ask at City Hall when picking up the passes.

If you have a choice on which rides to uses them, I would generally try to find a ride without FP to use them on. You can still pull your own FPs on the actual FP rides. We used one once on PP and they put us through the back line. A word of caution there though, that line can even get long at times. I think we waited 15 or 20 minutes there (although it was a very busy evening and the SB line was much longer).

We were given enough for each of us to ride 8 attractions in one day by a really awesome CM during a busy marathon weekend (and yes, he got an awesome note from us to his bosses!). For the attractions that have FP you go through that line. For any that don't have FP you go through the exit and they'll then show you when/where to load. For example we used some on Pirates so we went backwards through NOS through the exit and then loaded onto the boats from the right side.

So, for attractions like Indy, Space, Splash and Soarin that we used them on you'll have to wait however long the FP wait is for. For attractions like PP, TSMM and others with no FP then just find the CM at the exit and they'll scan your cards and get you loaded. So yeah, like mom2rtk said it's smart to use them on non-FP attractions because it'll save you the normal wait and on any FP attractions you'll still need to wait the same time as you would for a FP. In our case we had so many to use we ended up using them on FP attractions but you'll want to use them on PP and other non-FP if you can.

I think the most we ever waited was maybe 5 minutes but it's really up to the CM and how the line is moving and flowing.

If there is no FP line, you enter the same place as the GAC guests enter which varies for each ride. Ask a cast member at the exit or entrance where to go.

I agree, do not waste them on FP rides...they are great for non FP rides like Jungle Cruise, Matterhorn or Toy Story.
