disneyland planning number/email

We are staying onsite in November and I would like to book a tour and the fantasmic dessert package. This is a surprise trip for my boys and so I can't be on the phone 30 days out to book myself since they will be at home and hear me. In the past there has been a planning service you can use ahead of time where you give your info and they just book it for you, easy peasy no hassle. Anyone know the number or email address for this?
