Hello,
I hope some of you can help me with something.
I had wanted to surprise my sister with a trip to Disneyland this summer, but I don't think it's going to work out. Instead, I was thinking about surprising her with a trip during the holidays. We've never been to Disneyland during the holidays, so it would be a new experience for both of us.
For some reference, I was thinking about the last week in November (after Thanksgiving), but I'm flexible.
First, could you give me some idea of historical (or 2012's) park hours for November and December? I think I looked once and saw that Disneyland could close as early as 6:00 in early December, so I'd plan to be there when the hours are later. We've been there in the summer when the hours are 8am to midnight, so I really want to have an idea of what to expect.
Second, do you know if Disneyland had any special hotel room or package offers last November or December? I would only be interested to know what they offered if the discount(s) applied to everyone (not just passholders or California residents, since we are neither).
Last, can you give me any idea of what California weather might be like that time of year? I'm only familiar with California's summer weather, which is pretty predictably perfect.
