having never been to dland.....what/where is this??

I hope it's ok that I jump in to answer this. It is Bur-r-r Bank Ice Cream in DCA. Right hand side once you're through the entrance and passed under the Golden Gate Bridge.

Seeing all that dry grass and flaming torches so close to one another just makes Adventureland seem a little more risky for me.

And then you feel the heat as you walk by too. That just adds to that thought.

I went to DL 3 weeks ago and heard Mary Poppins music coming from the Carousel in DL. I look over and was so surprised to see the Mary Poppins band riding on the carousel. I thought it was really cool and definitely something I haven't seen before.

Wouldn't you know, I went on it again 2 days later and the ride stopped again in the same spot!

^ Great shot! Love the lighting. What type of camera? Was this with just the normal on-ride lighting? The pirate is just so amazingly illuminated! Great job.
