DisneyLand Photopass??

Is there some reason I'm having so much trouble buying these online? After a day and a half of trying, I've gotten to the 'please wait while we complete your request' page. And it's been working at completing my request for 30 mins!!!!
I just want a few shots for my dd....but Disney sure isn't making it easy!!! Any tricks that I should know about?

Clear your cache and log in again. Try a different browser. If that doesn't work, I'd try calling.

I remember having problems with the photopass website in the past while using Chrome. It was one of the weird instances where it seemed better to use Internet Explorer.

I finally had to delete my cc info, re-add it. Then buy each download individually. A huge pain.
