Today on AOL there was a feature on DisneyLand's Forgotten Rides that closed

Thanks that was fun! I remember 4 of the 5. I'm too young to remember the flying saucers though my mom does.

It was fun to watch the videos. I even caught a glimpse of the pirate ship (Chicken of the Sea) in some of the footage.

I loved the Skyway and wish they could bring it back. We rode it all the time. I also remember the Mine Train, expecially when I see one of the remnants of one of the trains while on the Mark Twain or one of the canoes. Rocket Rods-I think I only rode a few times. It was always breaking down and the line was so long. Wish they would bring back the People Mover or maybe they could use the tracks for a ride like Test Track? I remember the original Submarine Voyage very well. And now when I ride Nemo I can see many parts of the original ride.

Carousel of Progress (I check in on it while at WDW)
America Sings
Monsanto
People Mover
Rockets in their original spot-high in the sky (still have them high up in WDW)
Mike Fink Keel Boats
Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse (Tarzan now living there)

I'm sure there's more, but those were the ones I could remember right now.

Again thanks for the link. It's really interesting to look at the footage taken from the rides themselves. It's why I do the current rides. Someday they'll only be a memory too (Like Maliboomer )
