Disneyland passes from Expedia

I have not been able to find Disneyland passes for sale on Expedia. I thought it may have been just the NZ site, but they don't seem to be available on the Australian site either.
Does anyone know if this is permanent?

I noticed a couple of months ago that they were no longer available. When we were planning our trip in 2009, they were unavailable for ages. I emailed expedia, and they told me they were no longer selling them. The following week I was looking for Legoland tickets, and the Disneyland tickets were back.

I was able to buy a 14 day pass in Jan with a March expiry I think, they must have dropped off after that as a friend travelling this month couldn't get any.

Hi,
I emailed Exepdia about a month ago and they couldn't tell me if they are going to sell them in the future or not. We got them from there in 2009.
This time I have purchased them from the Flight Centre. And my SIL got their ones from Harvey World Travel.

Thanks, people. I had suggested to a friend that she check their prices for passes and then found that they were not selling them. I'll tell her to try the travel agents.

We bought ours on Expedia last year, it's a shame they're no longer available as they were a great price.

I found last year they came and went at certain times of the year also. I think maybe just keep an eye out each week. Travel agents charge a bit more as you have nothing to compare it too.
I got my agent to match (and beat) Expedia's prices in 2009 as her quote was nearly $200 more for a family of 5!!

I've called and asked Expedia.com.au about this previously. They have to renew their contract with Disney each year in order to be allowed to sell the tickets and sometimes this agreement process takes a while and results in the tickets not being available. I'd suggest checking back regularly, then printing a comparison quote to take to Flight Centre as they also sell the tickets, and you'll likely get better service from them. I've found the people at Expedia's overseas call center are hopeless:headache:

I have decided to buy my disney tickets for both DW and DL. I am going to get DW through undercover tourist, but am wondering where most people get DL tickets from?

I checked out expedia and they are not on there, so is my next best bet just to go to a travel agent, or will it work out cheap online?

I recently bought 14 day park hoppers for Disneyland from Flight Centre. They were $231 per adult. You can only get them in Australia.

AnneAus If you're wanting the 14 day pass you can only get them from a travel agent or Expedia if they have them (which you said they don't). If you want a shorter day pass then you can either book online on the Disneyland website or even just get them at the gate. I'm not sure if there are any other websites out there like Undercover Tourist that might offer discounted prices for DL, maybe ask in the Disneyland thread on here or on Trip Advisor.
