Disneyland Park for one day?

If I were to head into the Disneyland Park at opening on Monday, March 2nd with a one day ticket with Max Pass, would I be able to get a lot accomplished? I am thinking the day before, Sunday the 1st would be extremely crowded, right?

Monday's can be as busy or even busier than a Sunday.
As many say "There are no slow days anymore"

Sticking to one park and having MP will help you accomplish alot in one day.

If you’re debating Sunday or Monday I might be inclined to choose Sunday. Mondays are so nuts and Sundays will have fireworks and other nighttime entertainment like Fantasmic, plus likely longer hours.
