No, if you are collecting a ticket you just need to show ID & proof its for you. They aren't bothered about where you live.

It means there is no problem if I purchase the cheapest ticket for francilien (35€ instead of 64€) and I'm from Slovenia?

No, really no problem.
I bought a Francilien BBWWS and used it without any problem.
Just leave France as the country and put your real name and address.
