What I did on my original TomTOm GO was to scroll though the map, using the motorways that I would be using (A26 from Calais, then A1 at Arras, then to the A104 at CDG airport and finally the A4 for 3 junctions) and then mark it from there.
The A4 is called l'Autoroute de l'Est and you need to follow the Avenue Paul Seramy at Junction 14.
