Disneyland merchandise phone number

Does anyone know if there is a phone number to contact someone at disneyland to replace something we bought there on our trip?

I know there is one for Disneyworld, but they can't help me with this item.

It is a little plastic snow globe with Lightening and Mater wearing mouseears in it and it says Disneyland at the bottom. Our 3 year old has carried it around since we came home from our trip and it broke today. The tears have not stopped.

i would really like to replace this for him.

1. Do you still have the receipt? There might be a phone # there. If not, at least there is a SKU.

2. If you don't have a receipt, see if you can post a picture of the item. That way someone close to DLR who is planning to go there can possibly get a SKU # for you (you will need that when you contact merchandise services).

3. I think the # is (800) 362-4533 and it's DelivEARS (or something like that). It's actually the Disney Parks merchandise # so it should also be good for WDW.
