Hi all. A friend and I are visiting LA in May (we are coming from New Zealand). We arrive in Anaheim on Sun 27th in the afternoon and leave midday on Sat so we have 5 full days. We will be getting a 3 day parkhopper as we have the Southern California Citypass. Which days of the week tend to be the least busy, I understand the Monday is a holiday so it will be super busy right? And we should avoid that day? The first thing we will to want to do when we get there is go to the parks so will be hard to wait a whole day... Hehe, but we don't want the crowds. We also have one magic morning entry.
Also what is the weather like at this time of year, we are not sure what to pack and we need to travel light. Will shorts be okay or will we need jeans? We are coming from winter so are hoping it will be warmish. TIA :-)

Memorial Day Weekend is not much busier than other weekends, only 3 days long.

Monday will be busier at all three places so it doesn't really matter what you should choose. Though with new attractions officially open at both USH and SW I would start at DL.

Weather will be nice. Sea World is right on the coast and may be cooler. Just incase it's oddly cool check these links right before you leave.

When I visited last May, it was pretty warm during the day (not burning hot, but I was comfortable in shorts and a t-shirt). But the evenings were chilly!! I was definitely wearing a cozy sweatshirt when the sun starting to go down. Maybe this was just a weird cold spell, but I would pack a couple warmer items too.
