Disneyland in a Day

I am in the midst of planning for my second trip to DLR (first one was kind of an unplanned one), so I've been scouring this board and my constant threads are probably getting annoying, so sorry. It'll be a day-trip with PH for my birthday. I am looking to go commando for an all-day trip! When we arrive (around 7:45 or so), we're going to park at DTD lot (I know it'll be $30 for the day, but it's closer to the monorail). From there, we'll get on the monorail at the DTD station to go to Disneyland Park. We've decided on that, so please don't try to change it (I know it's unbelievably time-consuming, but we LOVE the monorail and really want to use it as a mode of transportation rather than a ride). If possible, can you "evaluate" my day-plan and make any suggestions.

I think your plan looks very good.

Getting in line for RSR FPs at 8:25am is less than ideal. As always, you'll want to stay flexible -- the Single Rider line for RSR might turn out to be a better option.

You'll want to double check that FP for Calif. Screamin' is disconnected.
