Hello everyone!
I'm totally new to DISboards and all of this so please forgive me if this has been asked multiple times or if it's a silly question. So to try to keep this short, I'm coming to Disneyland for a trip in November and will be staying on property for the first time in over 40 years, at the villas. I'm super excited. For some context, I always try to avoid connecting rooms, just for a variety of reasons. I'm just wondering, I talked to some helpful people on FB, and they mentioned that this category -- Deluxe Studio Standard View -- are all non-connecting. Only the preferred studios connect because that's where all the one-bedroom lock offs are. So I booked the standard view, but can anyone who has inside knowledge confirm this? I'd really appreciate it very much, thank you.
Another very helpful person sent me the floor plan for the villas from this page (I tried to link to it here but it won't let me); it confirms what I've been told but have you all found this to be accurate? Again, thanks very much for your help everyone. I know it's probably over thinking things but I just want to be comfortable on my trip. I go to WDW many times a year but I never get to go to DL so I'm really looking forward to it!

I cannot really 100% confirm for you. I have stayed at VDH twice in preferred studios and I do not recall either of them having a connecting door. VDH is VERY studio heavy and those only ever connect to 1 bedrooms, so I think you have very good chance of it not having a connecting door. If there is one, I believe it is up near the front door and not really in the living space. Not sure that helps but thought I would mention it. And you can always go back to the front desk and find it is connecting and ask for a different room - they most likely would have something else available.

Thank you very much! I appreciate you taking the time to respond! I think it's probably fine too; I'm just one of those people who likes to get confirmation, if it's possible. I have a feeling those floor plans are accurate. Thank you again for your help!
