Disneyland Hotel Tower on-sale date?

What is everyone's guess for the DL Hotel Tower on sale date? It looks like construction is coming along quite well. Of course, CA will have differing timeshare laws on when they can sell that FL, I'm sure, but I wonder if anyone has an educated guess on this?

Looking at previous builds - especially Riviera which is also a stand alone / all new tower - It seems most likely on sale around June and opening 6 months later (California has a tighter time from on sale to occupancy) around December. But they sure are kicking booty. It would be amazing if it’s even earlier. My guide at VGC was guessing March and September.

The only real hint I got from my guide is that many of them in Florida were actively trying to renew or get their CA licenses in anticipation of VDH. Best wisdom - if you want VDH start saving your pennies now

I vote December they go on sale. They just announced the DVC lounge at Disneyland, which leads me to believe that’s another marketing tool to drum up sales to west coast buyers.

Just finished a stay at VGC, Stopped by the DVC office and they told us that D23 will likely be the big groundbreaking news timeline. Either way so excited!

My guess would be on sale by Christmas and open by spring break/Easter.
