Disneyland Hotel Tower Closed

I keep seeing references to one of the towers of the Disneyland Hotel being closed. I'm assuming it's being renovated? Which tower is closed and does anyone know when the estimated time is for it to open back up?

I think they are working on the Dreams tower right now. From what I understand, they are working floor by floor and not closing the whole tower but I may have heard wrong.
