Disneyland Hotel Question

Hi all. Just a quick question. We are assuming there is luggage storage at the Disneyland Hotel but just trying to find information to confirm that. What's your experience like with that?

Yes, we always arrive at the hotel before park opening and leave our bags with the bellman and come back once the room is ready. You can either stop by and pick them up or call them from your room to bring them up.

Bell Services Desk is by the Fantasy Tower. It may be outside the lobby? Guest Services is inside the lobby and they can direct you.

Yes, you cannot miss it. They have a large desk right in front of the building for checking in. It's usually very active. Even if there's a long line, you'll be helped quickly.

We arrived around 8am last time and were able to store our luggge until check in. It was so convenient.

We have used DLH bell services to store our luggage every trip for years. They are great. We store it on arrival day until the room is ready, and we store it on departure day and go to the parks and come back and get it when we are ready to leave. I will say on arrival when your room is ready, it is a whole lot faster if you just go to bell services and pick them up yourselves, than if you call for them to bring them up to your room. If you are planning to go back to the resort to get your bags into the room and then head right back out to the parks, we have found that going to the desk and picking them up yourself is better.
