Disneyland Hotel Parking

We'll be staying at the Disneyland Hotel for a week in August. I heard a rumor that I'll need to pay $10 a day for parking. Is this true?

I'm going next week, and I thought they said that there was a $5.00 charge/night for local phone calls, the newspaper, parking, etc.

I did a board search for "parking" (if you try this, make sure you narrow it down to this board only, you'll still come up with pages of posts!).

According to a post by WebmasterMichelle, the $10 (per day) charge is for VALET parking, regardless of whether it's a room-only or package ressie. (It was previously only $6.)

Another post mentioned the "resort fee," which I think is what MaryAnnDVC is talking about, $5 which covers all the things mentioned.

Also, packages include SELF-PARKING, but valet is still the extra $10.

That's correct. If you SELF-park, that is included in the $5.75 Daily Resort Fee that also includes local phone calls, daily newspaper and health club access.

If you VALET park it is $10 per day, regardless.

For those with PACKAGE reservations, self-parking is including and valet parking is $10 per day.
