Disneyland Hotel - Laundry facilities questions

We have an upcoming stay at the Disneyland Hotel before we set sail on the Disney Wonder and I know we will want to do a load (or two) of laundry before we leave on our cruise, I have tried to find this information on the Dis and in the reference books I have on Disneyland but can't seem to find it.

I just want to confirm that there are in fact laundry facilities at the hotel and whether or not there is a change machine in the laundry rooms.

When we were there in January, the laundry facilities were being refurbed, but I was able to use the ones at PPH. The machines take special tokens that you buy right in the laundry room. I would call DLH and ask if the laundry rooms are open at the actual hotel. Though honestly, walking to PPH wasn't such a big deal. And the cost of laundry was cheaper then it was at the local laundromat here, which was surprising.

We're doing the same thing before our Wonder cruise...but we plan to do laundry on the ship. You you can leave it running and go do other stuff, then come back and get it when the cycle is complete. We did that the first day of our Magic Med cruise and had the laundry room to ourselves, except for a couple of people using the ironing board. I'd much rather do it that way than take time away from fun at Disneyland, unless I just really needed something washed.

Thanks for the replies....I will call the DLH about a week before we leave to check to see if the laundry facilities are open....

sabrecmc...we are spending 5 days at DL before our cruise so I would prefer to do the laundry at DL (either in the morning or during an afternoon break) than to do it on the ship....especially since our Dis group has a lot of activities planned....
