Disneyland Hotel - Contact Info?

Hi all
Does anyone have a contact email for the Disneyland Paris hotel? I've some very specific questions to ask them regarding a trip I'm planning and could do to speak to someone in person instead of an automated service, perhaps the manager him/her self...?

if you have specific questions it might be better to call them? the contact phone numbers for all the onsite hotels are in "booking and contact information" in our "useful information" sticky at the top of the forum.

Tried three different email addresses but no luck as yet! May have to ring them as you say DLPDaft.

Has anyone ever stayed in Castle Club before? What I'm generally after is a room with a balcony from which you can see the castle. I'm well aware that this could cost some serious cash but it's a very special trip I'm planning! Do the Junior Suites have castle-views?

And it may sound a bit daft....but do the balcony doors open? Or are they locked shut??

I know the Sleeping Beauty and the Cinderella suites have views overlooking the park, the Sleeping Beauty will be the one which will have the better view of the castle but as you've guessed it doesn't come cheap! If I ever win the lottery I'm treating myself! I'm not sure about the views of the Junior and other suites, they could be of Fantasia Gardens at the front. I think you're best to phone and speak to someone so that you book exactly what you want. As far as I know the balconies are accessible.

I suddenly remembered this site, Disneyland Paris Direct, someone mentioned the other day that you can see prices of Castle Club and the suites on there.
