Disneyland Halloween Party in Oct

So we are attending the Halloween party in Oct at Disneyland...

I am in need of buying costumes fairly soon, as they will need to be hidden from the kids and packed separately for the trip. Keeping it all a secret you see

Anyway... Can anyone recommend a good Canadian website to get my costumes from???
I have seen some from the US but the shipping (and I am guessing possible custom fees) would be a killer

We were the Incredibles one year, it was super as we just had the red T-shirts, black shorts and did black face paint for the masks once we got there!

We surprised out kids with a trip last October. Most of us went as pirates which was an easy costume to find in local costume stores in the first couple weeks of October.
