Disneyland Girls Only Trip thread

Lesley,

I think our group has narrowed down our wish list preference to the Fantasmic preferred seating.

Only can do the Friday or Saturday shows since Dagny leaves on Sunday.

***Ruth would like it to not be the 10:30 Fantasmic but can we watch the Fireworks and then Fantasmic? I think we girls are going to stop to watch the fireworks every night. If someone confirms one way or the other on which Fantasmic time slot is best given we want see the Fireworks, I'll come back and revise this. We can always force Ruth to have a nap to take care of any jet lag she is still feeling.rofl ***

(If we can do 4 things...LOL...Fantasmic, Fireworks, Electrical Parade, Regular Parade...in that order. Friday and/or Saturday is our only stipulations)

How is that for confusing Lesley and her spreadsheet.

It is very unlikely you would get from the 9 p.m. Fantasmic to fireworks at 9:25. Fantasmic runs something like 15 or 20 minutes. I'm not sure where the fireworks seating will be but in any event the crowd will be large and slow leaving Fantasmic and it will be hard to get through the crowd to the fireworks seating. I believe you could do the fireworks and then Fantasmic because Fireworks start at 9:25 and run about 12 minutes . . . . that would give you 45 minutes or so to get to Fantasmic and since you would have reserved seating you wouldn't have to worry if you got there in the last few minutes. Maybe you can give Ruth some coffee and/or the aforementioned Red Bull too?
 
Lesley (if you know) for planning purposes, where are the various areas we need to be for Fantasmic, fireworks, Elect. Parade and the Parade of Dreams?

Hey girls: saw this posted in another thread and thought I'd share . . . .

We were just there from Sat to Wed...of those three days, I know that they were handing them out in front of Big Thunder Mountain railroad three of those mornings ~ just after park opening. We were lucky and got them on Sunday! There were two cast members waiting at the exit area of BTMR with stacks of them just handing them out. (On Sat I had asked a CM how the dream fast passes were handed out and she gave me the usual answer that several others gave as well which was that it was completely computerized and random...but it does seem odd that several people I know all got them in the same area a few days in a row at the same time!)
 
Ok--inquiring minds want to know--what did ya buy?

From Wal-mart? I bought nail polish (red & Black) for the trip, ice cream, and nail files. I was looking for some Disney press on nails but they didn't have any!

Next week I'll be buying the breakfast snacks and other travel necessities, like shampoop (yeah thats how we say it cause of my little sister:laughing:)

hmm, interesting.. It was an early Sunday morning when my boys got them by BTMRR a few months ago.

Where's Lynn.. she needs this info ;)
 
Good news: we didn't come in dead last in the family division of MouseAdventure.

Bad news: only because the team that did come in dead last didn't even compete in the quests!

Hey VIP Tour Ladies. I have received payment from 9 people. Please pay by Monday, April 21st.

I also need to know who is interested in the following seating. You need to number your requests in order of preference. As I explained earlier in the thread, the designated seating will not hold all of us at one time. We will need to split up so that everyone can do every seating they want.

I have one of the brown t-shirs and a lanyard left over from my friend who was unable to come.
I'd be willing to part with either the XL or the XXL.
I think this is the one we are wearing on Sat, right?
DangerMouse has been very helpful, but she has enough on her plate to deal with, and since I already paid her, I thought I'd post about it.
I believe either Staly or disney-inspired took the teal/turquoise one.
