Okay, I started a thread here on the DL board. Something kind of fun I saw on the community board. I don't know if there's already been one here like it, but if not I think it's fun to think about all the different things people could be doing right now at DL. :goodvibes

OT but I really wanted to share over the past 5 weeks I've been on Weight Watchers. So today was my weigh in and I've lost 10.4 pounds since March
4th. So if all goes well by the time we're all at DL I'll have lost another 5 pounds. Thanks for listening.

I'm doing the Flex plan. You answer a few questions and they determine how many points you get for each day. Then you also can earn Activity Points (so you can eat more). Plus you get 35 points that you can eat through the week. They have the core plan but it is way to rigid for me, you can only eat certain foods and some other rules.

I like the flex plan because I travel a great deal and I know that I can get the nutrition I need and make informed choices.

I'll be honest I'm worried about the DL trip. DH says I worry to much and also told me to not be so strict to the plan and make sure that I enjoy the trip with you all.

It's hard for me to find that happy median when it comes to small indulgences. I can't wait to have a cookies and cream Mickey Mouse sandwich (they are my all time favorite).

They still have those. When we were there 2 weeks ago, they had replaced the pictures on all of the signs of the chocolate chip cookies MM with the chocolate coated MM.

I think your DH is right. I mean, there are always going to be special occasions and vacations. You have to treat yourself sometime.

It sounds like you have been doing great, so I think for the few days you are there, you should just enjoy what you want. Plus with all the walking, it's not like you're sitting home bingeing and watching tv, kwim?
