Disneyland for new years eve

I no I'm crazy, but I'm going to Disneyland for new years eve/new years day, with my one year old and grandparents. I've been during the holiday time once before and no how ridiculously packedit gets. But any tips on getting through it?

"During Holiday time" and "During New Year's Eve" are very, very different. For NYE, they will definitely stop allowing guests to enter due to reaching capacity. Because of that, if you really want to spend NYE inside Disneyland (and not DCA), I would not park-hop because you might not be allowed back inside Disneyland as the day goes on. Get there EARLY and know that it's quite possibly you'll only manage to ride 4 or 5 rides all day long.
