Disneyland Express Question

Hello!

We have a split stay booked at The Grand Cal and at a good neighbor hotel. If I book the DL Express, do I need to let them know about the split stay? Pick up will be different to the drop off point? Thanks.

I don't know they would even notice. They just need to no how many people and where to get you on what day. They are likely to be running busses to all the DLR and Good Neighbor properties, every day, all day.

They have a set schedule for pick ups so they don't take into account where you are coming back from nor what day. It comes everyday at the same time, so just make sure you ask for the schedule.

Also ask for the AAA discount if you have it!

No need to inform them. They now stop at all the designated stops. Just make sure you know where the stop is for the pickup.

I actually emailed them with this same question. They said it would be no problem. Though, if you book in advance, I don't think it'd hurt to send them a quick email with your confirmation number and just let them know. That way, should something come up, you have it in writing with them.

Not really. When I used it, we just told them which hotel they were dropping us off at when we boarded at the airport. When we left, we just called and told them what hotel to pick us up at. My drop off and pick up weren't linked.
