As rteetz says, the land will probably be used for a new parking structure, CM parking, and according to the rumors, for office and warehouse. Apparently nothing too exciting, but it'd still be useful to free up some space from the potential areas of expansion at both DL and DCA.

EDIT: Just realised that the article says exactly what I just said lol So yeah, it could potentially free up some space up there.
