DisneyLand Exclusives in One Day?

We are going to DL & Calif. Adv. for our first time for one day the Thursday after Labor day. The plan is to hit only non-WDW things only (since we're going to WDW for 9 days two months later)

Is this possible. We'll obviously be their at 9:30 (opens at 10) and leave when they push us out

Any thoughts, strategies, ideas

BTW, we can upgrade to a second day if absolutely necessary.

You shouldn't have a problem doing this if you are talking about DL only You should also be able to include those rides that are significantly different or better at DL (Pirates, Peter Pan, even the new Space Mtn). Crowds will die off quickly after Labor Day, and you should have FP offered for many of the rides you want to try. Are you also going to park hop to DCA? That will make it a little more challenging, since most of the rides there are different. Not all of them are as worthy of your time as the DL rides. If you do hop over to DCA, don't worry about all the Paradise Pier rides unless you extend to 2 days.
