Disneyland DVC Pool Hopping and Parking ?'s

Is pool hopping allowed at the Disneyland hotels when you are staying on points? I read some old posts from 2011 but couldn't find anything recent enough to trust the answers!
Is parking still free for DVC members at Disneyland hotels? We have a cash reservation for a few nights before our DVC reservation begins at Paradise Pier hotel. I plan on linking the two reservations so we hopefully do not need to change rooms.

No pool hopping at DLR.
