Disneyland Discover the Magic Tour

Can anyone tell me what the Discover the Magic Tour at Disneyland Park is like? Thanks

Has anyone done the tour? The Disney site pictures indicate that a CM would be with you the entire tour, is that assumption correct? Also, do you get quick access onto the rides or wait in line?

It is our first visit to DLR and we are looking for something extra magical for our kids.

We took this tour on August 10th - so I'm sure most of the things will be the same. First of all, we LOVED it. DD is 9 and had a blast. They get clues that they need to solve in order to find the next treasure or to open the treasure. There were 2 guides with us most of the time. Otherwise, just 1 was with us. We went on 5 rides and was able to get on either through the FP line or through the exit. We never really had to wait - well, maybe until the last ride was over... . The tour included an apple juice slushy - which was really good. The tour ended with a private meeting with Mickey - for just the people on the tour. We spent about 10 minutes with him and got autographs and pictures. Here are some pics from the tour:

I highly recommend this tour if your kids are between 3 & 10. Good luck!

Thanks, that's just the info we were looking for. If it were not for the FP and exits, we had no idea on how we would get through it all in the time allotted.

I think its a go, our kids are DS-10, DS-8, and DD-5
