Disneyland Dining Reservation Question

So I see on the official Disneyland.com Park Hours and Schedule page that Disney has only released Park Hours through December 19th, about 42 days from now.

So how can we make Dining Reservations at the 2 month mark, specifically breakfast reservations, if we don't have the park opening hours? Do the dining folks know the hours ~60 days out?

My 2 month mark is coming up on November 26th, and it looks like the January 26th park hours won't be released until weeks later.

Answered my own question. I just called them, and they are given the park calendars two months in advance, so they have the information first, before it's released to the public.

Yes...I was going to respond that they (lucky ducks) get the park hours in advance, even though they have not been posted for the rest of us.
