disneyland dining plans?

I'm confused about the disneyland dining options. I'm staying at the hotel for 3 days is it cheaper for me to get 2 vouchers per person per day I'm staying? I'm confused.

Honestly you are better just paying cash then using the dinning plan. The dinning plan at Disneyland does not really save you money, so why bother? You are paying face value for the vouchers and if you do not spend the entire value of the voucher you lose any difference, and the reverse is not true, you will have to pay the difference if you over spend.

Agree with Christa.....the DLR dining plan is NOTHING like the WDW plan. It's a waste of time contemplating & is merely a pre-paid item with no savings.

Concentrate your energies on other items....which hotel are you staying at & what days of the week?

After you have a general plan for the 3-4 days that you are there....THEN contemplate your dining options. No need to worry about dining like at WDW & no reason for anyone to waste bandwidth on the DLR DDP.

Have a great time planning a visit to Walt's park.

im the only one who seems to like it I do like it it works well for everything we need. I am one who loves the char meals

So do I ~ but we save $$ by using character meal vouchers available from several websites ~ GAT, ARES, LMT.... or by using the AP discount *we've had APs twice in the past.

OP in addition to CM vouchers I put $$ on a Disney GC to "pre pay" meals.
